| JAMES TITUS |
James Titus, Owner
of Construction Logic, has 32 years
of construction management experience,
30 years as a construction executive.
Mr. Titus is jointly responsible for the
administration of the firm. Mr. Titus
managed The Allen Morris Construction
Company in Florida for ten years covering four construction
offices. His most recent position
prior to co-founding Construction
Logic Inc., was Vice President at
Perry Bartsch Jr. Construction in
Asheville. Mr. Titus holds a Bachelor
of Science from Florida International
University. |

 Tom
Beck has 32 years of construction management
and supervision experience. Tom began
to manage commercial projects later
in his career and has been a licensed
contractor with commercial and residential
designation since 1981. He is a lifelong
resident of Hendersonville. His projects
have included larger commercial endeavors
in Henderson and Buncombe Counties,
ranging from the Winery Addition at
the Biltmore Estate to the MACF Center
in Swannanoa. |

 Ray
Guillory has over 33 years of construction
experience with over 23 years of
superintendent experience. He has
a complete knowledge of the commercial
trades. He has an extensive knowledge
of commercial and industrial construction
practices and methods. |

| GLENN WILSON - Superintendent |
|
 Glenn
Wilson has over 28 years of construction
experience, as a superintendent.
He has overseen many large commercial
construction projects, including
bank renovations, hospital renovations,
and school and office renovations.
He has supervised many commercial
and residential construction projects.
He is a competent Draftsman and
extremely experienced in Gantt Schedules,
Safety Programs, and site work,
layout, framing, concrete, masonry
and structural steel. |

| PETER KELLER - Superintendent |

 Mr.
Keller has over 31 years of construction
supervision experience. He has supervised
about every type of large project
over his many years as supervisor
including multi-story projects in
Illinois, Wisconsin, and Florida.
His experience in renovation and
restoration projects expresses his
depth of knowledge and track record. |
